Job Responsibilities: Develop new products according to the company's strategic direction and department targets;; Assist in business development, customers and actively collect industry chain and competitive information;; Work with superiors to formulate R&D plans and implement them to achieve department targets;; Support market survey research and back the company's continuous optimization and innovation of its product lines;; Other tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements: College degree or above in power electronics or a related science/engineering major;; 5 years or more of switching power supply design and development experience;; Proficient in PCB design software as well as CAD and 3D software;; Able to independently handle and resolve EMC and safety compliance issues;; Fluent written English, good listening and speaking;; Eager to challenge yourself and pursue your dreams
